The firm missed the response window and a full PTI penalty has been applied.
Blueberry support and I have been having back and forth on my payout since 18th of June. They first claimed I was gambling, issue resolved, they now said I was stacking, issue resolved.. claimed that my trade on 17th of June opened and closed at the same time and I educated them on something called news volatility because it’s clear the risk team have zero knowledge of trading.. then they went back to the initial claimed statement and said it occurred 7 times. Where as , after series of replies I haven’t seen what I exactly did that led to my account being breached They are just making excuses not to pay me
